Working in Confined Spaces Course Outline:
This Enter and Work in Confined Space course program specifically aims to give participants the necessary skills, knowledge, and accreditation to safely enter and work in confined spaces. To gain the working in confined spaces certificate at the conclusion of this training program, participants completing this course will have an understanding of the relevant legislative requirements, Australian Standards, Codes of Practice and the operation and maintenance of safety equipment used for entering and working in confined spaces.

Mode of Delivery
This course is delivered face to face over 1 day which includes classroom theory as well as simulated work environment practical elements.
Who Should Attend?
Any personnel working in or around a confined space such as drains, silos, tanks, trenches, etc. People who are undertaking hazard identification or risk assessment in relation to confined spaces, issuing entry permits, acting as Stand-by person, buying equipment for use in confined space, or anyone monitoring conditions while work is being carried out.
Refresher Training:
Industry recommendation and best practice recommends high voltage switching refresher training be completed no later than 2 - 3 year intervals.
